Engineered a multi-sided marketplace where one property listing triggers competitive offers from multiple local realtors. Built with Next.js, Better-Auth for secure authentication, Drizzle ORM with PostgreSQL for data integrity, and shadcn/ui for a clean responsive interface. Solved a genuine market friction point — sellers get competition, realtors get qualified pipeline.
